An ice hockey scoreboard with penalty timers, run by remote
The game clock, goals, timeouts and every penalty on your phone. Start and stop the clock and add a goal from the bench with a small Bluetooth remote; penalties count down with the game clock, by themselves.

- Other sports
- Field hockey, handball, futsal and water polo time penalties too
How a period goes
-
Drop the puck
One press starts the clock, the next one stops it. It keeps counting even if the app is closed.
-
Call the penalty
Give a team 2 or 5 minutes. The timer sits under its score and stops with every whistle.
-
Next period
At 0:00 the board signals the end; Next starts the intermission and keeps the score.
Ice hockey questions
Can a team have two penalties at once?
Yes. Each penalty gets its own timer under the team's score, and each one leaves when it's served. Scored on the power play? Hold a timer to remove it.
Can I fix the clock?
Yes: move it forward or back when it and the official clock drift apart. Undo takes back goals, timeouts and penalties, but never the clock.
Which remote do I need?
A ring or media remote fits goals, the clock and penalties on one hand. See which remote to get.
